Remembering Ted Studebaker

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the martyrdom of Ted Studebaker, an agriculturist from Ohio who during the war in Vietnam worked with the Montagnard minority in the country's central highlands.  A week before he was killed on April 26, 1971, he was married to Hong Kong volunteer Ven Pak Lee, who like himself was a member of Vietnam Christian Service.  Ted was about to begin a third year of service among Montagnard villagers.  Ted's commitment and courage, chronicled through stories, music, film, and drama, continue to inspire generations of peacemakers.
