Saturday Smile

When an elderly man was told that he needed an operation, he insisted that his son-in-law, a famous surgeon, perform the operation. On the operating table in the hospital, before he was given anesthesia, the old man asked to speak to his son-in-law.

"Doctor," he told his son-in-law, "I have complete confidence in you. Don't be nervous, do your best, and just remember, if it doesn't go well, if something happens to me ... your mother-in-law is going to come and live with you and your wife."
