Things to get rid of ...

In the May 2010 AARP Bulletin, Gail Blanke suggests 50 things you can throw out - of your home and from your mind.  Here are ten of my favorites.

  • Magazines more than three months old. They're fire hazards.  (I'll try)
  • Plastic garden pots.
  • Dried-up tubes of glue (or anything else dried-up).
  • Clothes from a departed love one. Someone else needs them now.
  • Clothes that no longer fit.
  • Keys that seem to have no locks. Haven't had for years. Maybe decades.
  • Fear of looking foolish.
  • Negative typecasting.
  • Jumping to negative conclusions before you know the real deal.
  • Trying to please everyone.
