San Diego

Arriving in San Diego today for the Church of the Brethren Annual Conference. According to local history, San Diego Bay was discovered by explorers on September 28, 1542. Natives take pride in being part of California's first community. San Diego's lures included the promise of riches. While utopian ideas that attracted the earliest settlers may have fizzled, today's residents and visitors find San Diego an ideal place in which to work, to play, to plan for tomorrow.

As a resident of San Diego what's so great about the city and typically the answer underscores the climate, the setting, the water, and the healthy ambiance.
